Chancel Choir

One talented group of musicians at RRC is the Chancel Choir. The choir currently consists of 20 members who really enjoy singing together as a group, and although they work hard, they have a good time, too! The choir provides special music on most Sundays and helps to lead the congregation through the worship service. 

Choir rehearsal: Wednesdays at 7:15 p.m. All are invited to join in "making a joyful noise" unto the Lord!   

Oh Come, let us sing to the LORD; 
Let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation!
Let us come to His presence with thanksgiving;
Let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!

Psalms 95:1-2

There are many different ways that we can express ourselves during worship. Some examples are through prayer, reading of scripture, giving of offerings, and singing and/or listening to music. We are blessed to have many talented musicians in the church who are willing to share their gifts during times of worship. 

We invite you to join us! Our prayer is that you will feel the Holy Spirit moving through the sanctuary as the musical offerings enhance your worship experience.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; 
teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom;
singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs,
with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
And whatever you do, in word or deed,
do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus,
giving thanks to God the Father through him.
